This time around we have the Optimus Populyaris & Optimus Mini Six. While the Populyaris is a compact keyboard that configures with very many options (like English, Russian, Photoshop etc.), the mini six is an auxiliary device with six customizable keys that can be assigned any function, including displaying information related or non-related to the current program in use. The personal side of the story is that both my brother and I managed to ruin our hearing thanks to blasting music through our earphones (parental advice IS ignored by teens). Hence the Non-Destructive Head Phones aims at keeping your eardrums safe, minimize bacterial infection and still allow you to enjoy your music on the go. The only flipside is that you will be aware of secondary noises like maybe a honking car. Then again, in the long run it can work out to your advantage…maybe catch up on some street gossip!

| Posted: 07 Dec 2011 03:00 AM PST Given that they really need something bigger than Siri to captivate us, Apple rumors of a fusion version of the Macbook Pro and the Air are gaining wind at great speed. If Creative Soul Jørgen Langevad had his way, then this new Apple MacBook will be the way Job's legacy will continue. To make the marriage work, Langevad has changed the harddrive to a flash based SSD and completely removed the optical drive. An OLED Display or a LG Shuriken is suggested, plus Quadcore processors being the trend, Intel's next gen offering Ivy Bridge will be the perfect fit. Designer: Jørgen Langevad

| Posted: 07 Dec 2011 12:02 AM PST Surprisingly, this isn’t the first mushroom cloud lamp design that I’ve seen before. (Great minds really do think alike.) But I like this one equally for its softer nature and unique inspiration. Though ominous at first glance, the Mushroom Lamp 2 is a representation of the world’s existing 23,000 nuclear weapons (said to be capable of annihilating the earth several times over) and a reminder that peace is the wisest policy. The two-toned hull color blocks silver and charcoal to create a distinctive look with graphic lines and three dimensional shapes that direct the eyes toward the stern.
