Bike Buddy!

Posted: 27 Oct 2011 01:11 AM PDT

The adorable Riding Partner is a true bike buddy that glows in the dark to make your street-presence known. It doubles up as an accessory as well as a shoulder-pad. Think about it, an irresistible charmer that cares for your safety in an eco-friendly manner; total winner in my eyes!

The Tissue Issue!

Posted: 27 Oct 2011 01:01 AM PDT

We have scented tissues, soap-tissues, wet tissues and now its' time to add to the list Light Tissue. Although just a concept right now, given the various uses portrayed I don't think the time is too far when someone in China will actually come up with this! It's a known fact that the Pocket Light is do-able, so for novelty sake this paper light will catch the people's fancy!

H2O Inspired Gallery

Posted: 27 Oct 2011 12:02 AM PDT

Zaha Hadid Architect and Roca announce the opening of the Roca London Gallery – a design inspired by the power of water as a transforming element to carve a sequence of dynamic, porous spaces for the gallery. Fissures and slices in the walls give permeability consistently throughout the gallery. The design theme of water extends to the facade, which appears as a set of ripples in movement across the exterior.

Mo’bility is Mo’betta

Posted: 27 Oct 2011 12:01 AM PDT

MO is a flexible, affordable and sustainable combination of bike rental systems, local public transportation, and car sharing that aims to ease the tension of getting around in the city. Using a human-centered design approach, Mo would also mean less cars on the street, a quieter environment, less oversize roadways and more room for walking paths, improving the overall quality of life for everyone.

A variety of rentable bikes, cargo bikes, and cars can be accessed in seconds through Mo’s smartphone app that uses geo-location to encourage spontaneous usage of the mobility system even on the go. MO “members” can choose from a comprehensive, single-source range of vehicles as spontaneously as possible, no matter the situation.
