We all know how hard tack pins are to remove from boards and how damaging they can be to nails. The Easy Pin hopes to ease these trivial issues from our daily lives, by redesigning the pinhead to be a user-friendlier one. Ah, the bliss of being a designer – such ingenious thoughts to showcase!

Always wanted a pet but couldn't have one because of allergies? We have the perfect solution for you – The Petollar. Comprising of an Air Cleaner and Collar, the device basically works at attracting animal hair (fur) and dust to the receiving unit, so as to keep the environment as allergen free as possible.

The Air Cleaner (Plusa) and Collar (Minuz) help eliminate dust, dirt and fur from the pet, working on the electrostatic theory that is found in an Ionizer. Basically the collar emits negative ions, which is absorbed by the dirt in the air and this in turn gets attracted to the positive ions emitted by the air cleaner. Sounds complicated for the moment, but I suppose if this Top 35 Entry from the 2014 Electrolux Design Lab Competition gets to the semi finals, we will know more about how it works.

The ultramodern SOLARAY projects aims to develop a sustainable vehicle for urban environments in 2050 by providing an innovative solution to reduce dependence on current energy practices. The solar and inductively recharged EV features a weaved photovoltaic embedded glass inspired by leaf structures. Electro-conductive polymer tires and wheels allow the vehicle to charge in motion, saving on-board space and battery weight. Additional weight reduction is achieved by a carbon nanotube chassis.

Drug overdose is made doubly dangerous because individuals fear facing the involvement of authorities and the associated penalties. Unfortunate but necessary, this redesign of an existing overdose kit in nasal spray form allows for faster and easier administration by a peer with a one-step assembly and delivery process. The new kit also focuses on an impactful package design that includes rehabilitation information and an arm band “memento” that will remind the user of their close-call.

Dasha is a hand drawn and vintage-inspired font that consist of an alphabet which bounces back naturally along a dancing baseline. You can find an open type feature inside the font with over 1,000 alternate characters. Use this font in open type friendly application so that you can have the best results.

Carolyna Pro Black is an elegant handwritten calligraphy font that was created with readability in mind. It also uses open type feature for assisting the flow of the letter.
