After noticing her struggling near the refrigerator, he realized she was having difficulty opening a bottle of soda and took it as an opportunity to design a universal replacement cap that users can keep at home. Similar in shape and function to a spigot, simply replace the regular cap with one of two ergonomic handle designs for easy twisting on and off! Vid after the jump —> Designer: Injoon Yang

Similar to a full-size bicycle, the riding style is familiar for most (minus the seat) so users will adapt quickly. More so, users will find that it’s even easier to fold and unfold than other folding bikes. Why? Because there’s simply less TO fold! Less folds also means less weight, less time, and less stress. | Posted: 03 Sep 2014 12:01 AM PDT The “Seaside Periscope” just goes to show that even a restroom, yes… a restroom, can be an architectural masterpiece! Set in Gydnia, overlooking the Baltic Sea, the design’s key feature is a system of large mirrors that work like a periscope to give people inside a view of the sea so that even while they are doing their business they can enjoy the scenery! The monolithic concrete structure owes its shape to this unique function, but also blends with the local landscape with its curved top section which houses the mirrors and mimics the breakwater. Thankfully we have a movement out there that wants to make our lives wire-free. We are talking about the Qi movement and the latest to join the ranks is the QiPack. As the world's thinnest wireless portable charger, it provides universal, mobile and wireless charging for iPhone, smartphone and more. The QiPack essentially features wireless inductive charging and 3,000mAh backup battery pack function. Speaking to the design team about their personal story and the story behind the idea, we got to know that they believe that everything starts with a dream. While portable chargers are nothing new to the market, QiPack has taken mobile power even further by creating the first ever-wireless charging device for iPhone. At just 8.9 millimeters thin (.39 inches), this device features a 3000mAh rechargeable battery cell. This universal charger gives users the ability to power their iPhone, Android smartphone, eBook and much more. Impressive! As far as inductive charging is concerned, phones fall generally fall into one of two categories. Qi-enabled devices are already Qi enabled right out of the box and non Qi-enabled devices need a case receiver or coil receiver for inductive charging. This makes them the ability to go wireless with QiPack.
