There are endless possibilities to the flavors that can be spun into foam and the combinations can ignite any gourmet chef's fantasy! Inspired by Ferran Adrià, the inventor of flavored foam, which helped win him 'Restaurant of the Year', four years in a row, Spummy brings home the possibility of dishing out treats are exotic and worthy of praise!
