The idea behind the concept to save your meals from getting burnt! Each recipe has a particular weight when it starts to cook, eventually as the moisture evaporates and the gravy thickens, the weight drops. At this time, if we get distracted with other chores, our dish is sure to burn. To avoid this, after a certain drop in weight, the burner automatically turns off, thus saving the chances of a burnt meal. I think it is a clever idea, especially if you are a new cook! The athletic look of the FB R2000S is contrasted with a particular touch of lightness in the form of not 2, but 3 hubless wheels with independent suspension and minimal fairings that in combination simply exude power and dynamism.
