| Posted: 20 May 2014 04:46 AM PDT Intended as a last resort lifesaver, Xitus is a product that allows a building’s occupants to safely descend to ground level when extreme conditions are present. The product is deployed and positioned over a window ledge where the user can secure it with floor mounts before securing a safety line. After climbing over, a controlled descent device slows the person to the ground carefully so they can quickly unclip and allow the next person to descend to safety. Designer: Jonathan Lowe

The knife uses Liquidmetal to produce a perfect quality knife, one that slices, dices, chops and smashes with ease. A good quality knife can make or break a cooking experience and this knife features five different kinds of blades, so that you can enjoy the process. You can switch blades via the touch screen and ensure only adults handle the knife thanks to the fingerprint scanning system.
