This identity was created for a festival hosted by China and Taiwan together, and dedicated to chinese characters. This visual identity shows that chinese characters are more than simple prononciation, but also words with a visual meaning. The application as painting on a face works very well and reminds us of the Beijing opera masks. See more on Behance.
