Digital artists: participate in this competition with $5000 prizes in cash Posted: 10 Apr 2014 12:30 AM PDT Our regular readers already know about this competition, but we want to make sure that the word gets out and that no digital artist will miss this opportunity. Theme of the competition The theme of the competition is Globalization, an artist's look at an ever changing world. Click here for more information. How to enter Read the instruction carefully on that page. Deadline We must receive all work at the latest on August 15, 2014. Exhibition A selection of the best work we receive will be exhibited in our Art Gallery in Fribourg, Switzerland. A catalogue of the exhibition will be published too. Prizes 1st prize CHF 3'000.– (around USD 3'600.-) Rewards the best print according to the jury. "Bright New World" award CHF 1'000.– (around USD 1'200.-) Rewards the best print favouring a positive view of globalization. "Apocalypse" award CHF 1'000.– (around USD 1'200.-) Rewards the best print according a negative view of globalization. The awards cannot be combined.
