Posted: 07 Aug 2013 09:00 AM PDT Designer Frédéric Le Sciellour’s concept for a mid-weight, full-fairing BMW supersport is a step in the right direction for the brand who’s current models are functionally advanced but aesthetically stuck in the 80s. An under-belly exhaust, fender-less rear end, and more symmetrical shape give it a sleeker, sharper, more aggressive aesthetic. Not just for looks, the fairings are aerodynamically designed with grooves that direct cool air to the hottest parts of the bike’s engine while moving forward. Why Does This Toothpaste Have A Hole? Posted: 07 Aug 2013 05:19 AM PDT Good question! When it comes to the toothpaste, even the most generous of us becomes a conservative and wants to squeeze out the last bit of paste. Many ideas have surfaced before and adding to the list is this Swing Toothpaste. Sporting a new inventive design, the hole at the end of the tube is meant to be used as a spinner. Simply put your finger in and give the tube a good spin, centrifugal force will push the toothpaste towards the tube top and make for an easy squeeze. I think it's a very doable design and adds a dash of fun to the brushing routine. Maybe even motivate children to keep up with the dental hygiene! Posted: 07 Aug 2013 05:08 AM PDT The Fold Socket is a power strip that can accommodate different configurations of plugs and place them with ease. The biggest upside is its clever design, the inter socket spaces and expandability feature. The scientific design is convenient and makes the whole setup quite portable. Would love to give it a try. Posted: 07 Aug 2013 12:01 AM PDT The latest from Viefe, the Lau handle focuses on lightness and convenience, providing the leverage users need with its angled grip. The edges of the design mount flush with the surface for a perfectly seamless look that floats nicely against any finish or natural wood. Designer: Viefe - Related posts: |
Posted: 07 Aug 2013 12:01 AM PDT Understanding and acceptance of autism is a growing movement, and with that includes design that aims to aid the development of social skills. This simple yet effective tool, called Joyco, is a game for parents and children that focuses on playful interaction. Tactile elements stimulate pleasure in the form of touch and an interactive hoop game encourages eye contact with mom or dad! Designer: Jowan Baransi - Related posts:
