Posted: 21 Mar 2012 08:11 AM PDT The Cui birdhouse rejects traditional forms, blending the unorthodox materials of glass and rope to create an eye-catching and functional sanctuary. Each piece is blown by glass experts at New York’s Corning Museum of Glass and assembled by hand individually. Designer: Adrian Froufe - Related posts: |
Posted: 21 Mar 2012 06:12 AM PDT Convenient Cavity is a shampoo bottle redesign that allows you to pump out the liquid with one hand. The cavity provides and easy grip plus doubles up as a spot to hang the bottle from. And because of the emptiness in between, the pump's pipe fits in the bottle at a slant, enabling you to extract all the liquid. Good for shampoo and any kinda liquid suds, if you ask me! Convenient Cavity is a 2011 red dot design concept winner. Designers: Bao Haimo, Piao Hailong, Liu Yuancheng, Miao Pengpeng & Xu Kun - Related posts: |

Posted: 21 Mar 2012 12:01 AM PDT Gotta love the Tree Bookcase by Roberto Corazza! It breaks the monotony of classic horizontal shelving and provides a whimsical touch of fantasy when it comes to storing your books. Open on both the front and back sides, the single-cast, plastic case can be affixed to the wall or stand freely in the center of a room with accessibility from both sides. Posted: 21 Mar 2012 12:01 AM PDT This design by Daniela Cruz puts old bottles to use, repurposing them as “hooks” you can hang your jacket or coat on. The coat rack comes in separate pieces for easy transport and can be easily self-assembled by the user… all it’s missing is your favorite bottle of wine!
