Posted: 03 Dec 2014 07:45 AM PST As smog masks become a major necessity in China’s large cities, so increases the desire for masks that are both effective and stylish. Simply named Air, this active-information respirator ensures wearers are protected at all times whilst becoming a staple in their modern wardrobe. The device incorporates a particle detection system which allows the user to directly monitor the surrounding air quality using their smartphone. Additionally, the smart app provides real-time data degradation and quality of the filter. Designer: Alex Morrison - Related posts: |
Posted: 03 Dec 2014 04:08 AM PST Alteration Wheel Barrow is a clever design that transforms the regular wheelbarrow (featuring a single wheel) to a handcart-esque design, by simply splitting the main wheel into two. This action makes it manageable to push and transport the load to its destination. Designers: Bosoon Sang, Park Jin Kyeong and Kim Kun Hyung - No related posts. |
Posted: 03 Dec 2014 04:02 AM PST Traveling with small, unmarked toiletries dispenser is quite cumbersome and for folks like me, a nightmare. To consolidate all of them into one product is the 'All In One Toiletries' carrier. It features several compartments around the rim, which are marked as shampoo, conditioner etc. The central pocket is good to hold razor, toothbrush and other such items. Love it for its simple functional approach towards traveling gear. Designers: Choi Seungho and Yeon Taekwon - Related posts: |
Posted: 03 Dec 2014 12:00 AM PST Popo and Popolino chairs by Andrej Čverha merge seating and storage for multifunctional seating solutions that are as convenient as they are comfortable. With built-in bucket-stye bases, they keep magazines, remotes, or anything else within reach. Both practical and playful, the designs’ aesthetic is complimented by a pop of color that directs the eye to the functional base. Designer: Andrej Čverha - Related posts: |
Posted: 03 Dec 2014 12:00 AM PST For maximum efficiency and economic sensibility, the Luna Bicycle features 3D-printed components mixed with off-the-shelf parts. The design’s printed pieces include a nylon frame, front fork as well as handle bars… making them easy and affordable to replace. The unique hexagonal form of the frame structure gives it incredible strength while still being light. Better yet, because components are 3D printed, they can be color customized or mixed and matched for a look that’s entirely unique! Designer: Omer Sagiv - Related posts: |
