Posted: 07 Jan 2014 06:56 AM PST The Cactus is a hybrid kinda appliance, one that moves from a freezer to a refrigerator to a food warmer. Consider it as a food storage box that keeps your eatables either warm or cold, depending upon the requirement. Designed for use in nuclear households, the appliance goes against the typical principle of conducting heat from the outside to cool the inners of a fridge. As a heat box, the temperature is maintained at 55 degrees C, which is ideal for thermal insulated for food. The frozen foods section accommodates up to three pizza boxes and the beverage compartment has been designed keeping standard bottles and cans in mind. The Cactus scores a full ten on the design department. It's very kawaii in looks and everything inside it has been designed keeping food specifics and usage in mind. Posted: 07 Jan 2014 06:27 AM PST The illume is a card-sized multiple USB charger that helps you connect your device for a juice-up anywhere. As a tidy and efficient adaptor, it is a Micro USB pin that hooks onto a 30-pin or Lightning Connector, in a jiffy. Love the size and the style! What do you say? The Mountain Climber’s New Best Friend Posted: 07 Jan 2014 12:01 AM PST The carabiner and walking stick are a mountain climbers two best friends, so why not combine the two?! This uber-practical tool by Jingyu Lee brings the two together in a sensible, simplistic design that’s a must-have addition to any serious climber’s pack. Designer: Jingyu Lee - Related posts: |
Posted: 07 Jan 2014 12:01 AM PST Frame is a tablet like no other! Instead of a regular touchscreen panel, Frame has an interactive translucent touchscreen on which information is projected. Now users can harness the power of augmented reality to display an varied array of informational media. If you’re an architect, show your client the home of their dreams against a landscape. If you’re a doctor, show your patient their diagnosis in real time. The possibilities are endless! Designer: Robrecht Vanhauwere - Related posts: |
Something Cool Hiding in this Tire Posted: 07 Jan 2014 12:01 AM PST Biking and camping go hand-in-hand, so this clever combination makes perfect sense for anyone looking for adventure! The Travel Tent is integrated seamlessly into a specialized bicycle wheel, giving the rider easy access once they arrive at their destination. It also takes some of the load off the rider’s back while freeing up space for other cargo. No question that it’s a smart concept, but I’d love to see a version that adapts to any existing tire!
