Posted: 25 Sep 2013 09:32 AM PDT The Air Water Collector is a water collection device to be used by those folks who are out in the desert, arid lands. The appliance uses the process of dew collection and carbon filtration to help collect and purify water. A handy tool for campers and explorers alike! Posted: 25 Sep 2013 09:15 AM PDT Its not earth-shattering innovation but a simple tweak that makes the Alert Staples a very clever product. The last endpins of the staples are painted red, just to let you know that the end is near and replenishment of pins is required. When you are on a stapling spree, this kinda helpful hint helps! Ask your office staff! Designers: Wei-Ling Hsu, Yu-Ren Lai & Cyuan-Yi You - Related posts: |
Posted: 25 Sep 2013 08:47 AM PDT Michael Egan’s “Wings” and “Unfolded” sofas are cut from the same cloth, but each has its own unique identity. Both share the same ergonomic top portion, but their entirely different bases make one complex and the other quite simple. Unfolded’s layered plywood makes a great place to store books and magazines, while Wings’ bold continuation of the arms creates a unique floating effect. Which one suits you?! Posted: 25 Sep 2013 12:01 AM PDT A tangible twist on the monthly calendar, this design brings a 3D aspect to keeping track of the time. Made entirely of throwaway spruce timber, the Wood Calendar is as eco-friendly as it is interactive. Days are stationary as shown on the base- simply rotate the wood blocks at the beginning of each month to ensure the correct numbers are displayed! Google Chromecast Minus the Ugly! Posted: 25 Sep 2013 12:01 AM PDT This redesign of Google’s Chromecast Concept features a CNC-machined aluminum case with a unique heat-sink that has been chemically-etched into the underside of the case. The design also features a backlit LED power button, a glossy black cap with the “Chrome” logo, as well as a permanently attached bendable HDMI cord. The bendable cord supports the weight of the device while allowing for different port configurations. Combined with the disk-shaped case, it helps to minimize the profile of the device while in use.
