Posted: 07 Feb 2013 08:50 AM PST The Bugatti Gangloff is like the chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream frosting of the luxury supercar world… self indulgent… decadent… sexy… sinful. It was inspired not by late models like the Veyron or the mighty Galibier, but rather one of the classics of the brand: the 1930s Gangloff S57. What’s under the hood? Who cares… it’s much too pretty to drive anyway. Designer: Paweł Czyżewski - Related posts: |
Posted: 07 Feb 2013 06:27 AM PST The shape of the HullOled luminaire was inspired by the skeleton of a ship’s hull and features a central supporting beam and ten outstretched arms each with a separate Philips Lumiblade OLED panels. The unique shape and large construction give the impression that the relatively massive structure is floating effortlessly above the illuminated area. Designer: TSG Essempio - No related posts. |
Posted: 07 Feb 2013 05:49 AM PST This is the age of being multifunctional, hence a concept like the Paysage Laptop sound pretty acceptable. Here is a 14.1-inch laptop that features an inductive stand for the home. It looks super sexy in its brushed aluminum unibody design. A soft rubber hinge reinforced with a piece of metal inside gives it a maximum opening of 180°. Use Paysage as a laptop or switch to a home PC of 21 inches. In the laptop configuration, all is powered by battery. However as a desktop computer, the screen is powered by the induction of the stand and connected via Bluetooth. It even features removable keyboard and trackpad! Designer: Kévin Depape - Related posts: |
Posted: 07 Feb 2013 05:41 AM PST The Ring Clock is a simple approach to marry two of the biggest and much needed accessories that we use. Yes, we wear rings and we wear watches, and it's not the first time that the two have been integrated. What I really like about the Ring Clock is that it is designed simple, with the clock aspect integrated into the ring's band. The ring rotates as time goes by, and thus showing the current time. Posted: 07 Feb 2013 01:00 AM PST It’s sexy, sleek and totally incognito with your credit cards. Wally isn’t yet another wallet case, but rather a handcrafted leather pocket that grabs onto the back of your iPhone to secretly and securely hold what you need to have close at hand. Instead of a bulky case or a wallet with a pocket for your iPhone, Wally clings to the back of your iPhone utilizing micro-suction instead of a glue or magnets, Wally has a grip like a gentleman: strong and secure, without leaving behind any tackiness. Ready For The Ultimate Card Trick? Posted: 07 Feb 2013 12:00 AM PST Ready or not, here we come! Twin brothers, Dan and Dave are well known for their amazing skills in card magic tricks and Dan has promised to teach me some when I meet in LA this summer. Interestingly the duo are out with an amazing new deck called The Ultimate Deck, which is a one-of-a-kind, luxury deck of playing cards showcasing stunning works of art on every card. Designed in collaboration with the award-winning agency Stranger & Stranger the Ultimate Deck is more of an art piece than a night at the poker table. Yes, I agree! I am amazed at the intriguing artwork used on this 54-card deck. It comes as no surprise that every single card in the The Ultimate Deck is represented with a unique story, incorporating classical art, as well as works from today's leading illustrators. The brothers' score full marks for packaging as well, the gorgeous tuck-case features extraordinary detail that integrates embossed elements and foil accents. Each deck is hand sealed with a vintage-inspired tax stamp, perforated for easy opening. On the sides of the tuck-case the phrases, “The Marvel of The Odd Minded Await”, and “Relish The Experience of The Bewildered” are written. There is no doubt that the history of playing cards is forever transformed with the advent of The Ultimate Deck. But to appreciate Dan and Dave's craft, you simply HAVE TO watch the video below, featuring Cardistry in White. Simply Mindblowing! Designers: Dan and Dave [ Buy it Here ] - Related posts: |
