Toasting By The Color Posted: 28 Dec 2012 05:29 AM PST Hue is a toaster that toasts bread according to the shade you choose. The toaster apparently harnesses the power of an array of color sensors via a simple interface, in order to intuitively and smartly toast bread to that perfect shade of golden brown. Basically the sensors keep the heating element on till the bread reaches the shade of brown that you desire. So instead of working on generic number of toasting like 2,3,4 etc, the toaster uses your specific shade for reference. Perfect! Did you ask why? Well, because the iF DESIGN TALENTS is one of the most respected concept design awards that empower young student designers to make their mark.
