There are endless possibilities to the flavors that can be spun into foam and the combinations can ignite any gourmet chef's fantasy! Inspired by Ferran Adrià, the inventor of flavored foam, which helped win him 'Restaurant of the Year', four years in a row, Spummy brings home the possibility of dishing out treats are exotic and worthy of praise! It makes place for pedestrians and is unobtrusive on the sidewalk. In countries where cycles are predominantly used, this stand will be a handy integration. The architecture is structured with steel and glass elements to form a strong, modern and spacious building. Greenhouse sections with innovative heat and air circulation for organic farming and plant growing support biodiversity further extending its self sufficiency.
