| Posted: 05 Jul 2012 12:05 AM PDT The ES Pipe Waterwheel concept works as a mini turbine to harness hydropower from regular water taps and converts it to energy. However this energy is for a specific use; to power specialized bulbs. The intended area of use is a country like Africa where there is severe power shortage.
