Posted: 04 Apr 2012 01:11 AM PDT If you’ve got a study room specifically for the children in your house and you’ve got air that might be slightly less than green, there’s an air filter out there for you! WOW Air Green is a a green air filter which brings your room five stages of filtering for your room including a HEPA filter to protect against viruses and filtering elements which commonly cause allergies. Plasma Ion technology is also used to remove any and all harmful materials in the air, creating a clean space for all. In addition, this unit “brings warm feelings of wood” into your indoor space – creating a sense of nature’s finest cleanliness! This project is designed not only to allow parents peace of mind for the lung health of their children, it’s made to look nice as well. One giant green leaf is what this lovely machine is meant to look like, and green nature is what it’s meant to remind you of. Designers: Sang Keun Sim & Kyowon L&C Design Lab - Related posts: |

Posted: 04 Apr 2012 12:43 AM PDT The Inumflis system was designed to work in tandem with existing driver protection features like HUD and radar object sensors. In addition to the visual or audio indication of surrounding object detection, the system communicates with the user by sending pneumatic pulses to the steering wheel grips. The user can not only see and hear information about their surroundings, but actually FEEL the indication as a reinforcement for safe driving. Communication to the user is achieved by inflating the air cushions in a certain rhythm and intensity, corresponding with the speed and distance of an approaching vehicle. When a distant object is detected, the pulse will start with a low rate and intensify gradually as the object approaches. Designer: Calin Giubega - Related posts: |

Bent from a single sheet of aluminum, the Backbone chair is supported by a single tube located where the seat and backrest meet, providing it with not only added security, but a nice bounce when you sit down! Posted: 04 Apr 2012 12:01 AM PDT If you’ve ever had to take your bike up stairs at the subway or to your apartment, you know it can be grueling and awkward. Lift is a clever bicycle accessory that makes carrying your bike easy as pie. the lightweight, durable strap is as easy to set up as it is to break down. You can even throw it in the washer when it gets dirty. So simple it makes you wonder “why didn’t I think of that!?” Designer: Samantha Del Rosario - Related posts: |
